Over the past few years, I’ve juggled academics, leadership roles, and multiple jobs, from training staff and managing social media for my family’s restaurant, to helping local businesses get on-air through CommRadio’s ad program. These experiences have shaped me into someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with clarity, and knows how to drive results while staying grounded.    Integrating into carrier sales has been a blend of learning fast, building relationships, and adapting to the pace of supply chain operations. I support internal and external sales efforts by sourcing new capacity, securing coverage, and coordinating with my team to keep freight moving. My role includes prospecting and adding new carriers to our network, rate negotiations, shipment tracking, and real-time problem solving to protect margins and deliver reliable service. As I continue growing in the role, I’m building the foundation to grow a strong carrier portfolio, drive revenue, and perform in a high-volume logistics environment.
