ABOUT SYDNEY ROYSTER
I’m a Kinesiology graduate with a strong foundation in human anatomy, movement science, and patient-centered communication, currently transitioning into the healthcare field.From July 2025 to January 2026, I worked in Business Development at LPL Financial, where I developed core skills in outbound communication, consultative conversations, relationship building, and operating in a performance-driven environment. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and manage high-volume outreach with professionalism and consistency.Alongside my business background, I have hands-on experience in adaptive fitness and rehabilitation settings, as well as leadership roles coaching and mentoring youth, which reinforced my passion for healthcare, education, and supporting others. I’m actively exploring opportunities within medical device and pharmaceutical organizations where I can continue to develop my sales and clinical knowledge, while contributing to patient-focused solutions.In Fall 2026, I plan to return to school in Southern California to pursue certification as an MRI Technologist, further strengthening my long-term career path in medical imaging and healthcare.
