ABOUT SYDNEY REICH

I have spent a better of what most folks would call their \"college years\" working, engaging, and learning more about the different areas of our workforce. Learning from experience rather than a traditional educational path has added value and gratitude for small and large businesses. Growing up, I was thrown into the administration field by my mother\'s leadership. Her constant teaching and knack for \"bringing me along\" is the key to my success as an adult. Starting off I volunteered for events and nonprofit organizations, and I started to do small admin jobs to keep me busy. This was the foundation for my ability to be a successful administrator and keep a team focused on their goals. Continuing my \"practical\" education has proven worthy. I have been able to work with some amazing teams that have created wonderful career opportunities for me. Currently, I have expanded my learning experiences to video production. After pursuing a marketing and communications career with the City of McPherson, I found the perfect balance in creativity and administration within the Fili Creative team.
