Hi my name is Sydney and I am a junior at The Pennsylvania State University studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development. I am a driven and passionate student seeking opportunities to contribute and grow in the healthcare industry. At Penn State, I am able to develop my technical, professional, and leadership skills through my involvement in various academic and extracurricular clubs. I am actively involved and have held various leadership positions in Penn State THON. This past Summer, I interned at DePuy Synthes, the Orthopedics Company of Johnson & Johnson, gaining professional experience and firsthand understanding of the medical device industry. I am a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I strive to utilize my strong analytical and problem solving skills to make a positive impact in every aspect of my professional life.

1. Operations Dancer Relations Liasion Captain

   Main contact for all communications with the Dancer Relations Committee throughout the year - Work with Dancer Relations Captains to maintain their storage areas, managing construction requests, organizing dancer events planned for THON weekend and all pre-THON events- Facilitate a focus group to connect 6 THON Captain Committees that have event focused duties, particularly persistent responsibilities throughout THON Weekend and educate fellow Captains on committee responsibilities, review potential TW scenarios - Lead 28 committee members in weekly meetings up until THON weekend
