As an intern at Terminus Real Estate, I help manage many different projects inside and outside of the office as well as take on small and large tasks to assure everything is running properly. I work in commercial and residential real estate, which involves showing properties to future tenants, creating and constructing leases, and acting as a customer service representative. I am the main contact point for tenants to address issues and I work to properly assist their needs. I also coordinate with the maintenance team to assure that our tenants are as satisfied as possible.
