I held a leadership position on the executive board of Sigma Kappa, overseeing the Panhellenic Council and fostering positive relationships and collaboration among member organizations. I demonstrated leadership and diplomacy by addressing conflicts within the Panhellenic community and working towards mutually beneficial resolutions. Additionally, I collaborated with other Panhellenic delegates to coordinate joint events, including philanthropic activities, recruitment workshops, and leadership development seminars.
