Support efforts and manage projects to create a multi-sector approach to serving vulnerable populations through the development and financing of permanent supportive housing in the New York Metro region.Establish and maintain valuable relationships and partnerships to foster collaboration between CSH and state and local partners to build support and capacity for supportive housing.Provide technical assistance to supportive housing and development teams in partnership with the Community Investment team. Technical assistance includes partnership development, service delivery best practices, assistance navigating community opposition, policy development, facilitation of institutes and training academies, and other areas as needed.Lead New York portfolios centering high acuity, re-entry, justice-involved, and aging supportive housing projects. Represent CSH in internal and public forums, including CSH committees, training sessions, public presentations, and meetings with external partners, policymakers, and stakeholders.Create and deliver in-person and virtual training, written resources, and facilitation; Engage and collaborate with community members, organizations, and persons with lived experience.Develop policy priorities, briefs, and talking points to advance innovative financing solutions.
