About Sydney Grosso

As a graduate assistant and a researcher at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, I am involved in two challenging and rewarding projects that align with my academic and professional interests. I assist Professor Sean O\'Keefe with the Managerial Leadership course, where I delegate student affairs, curate course content, and refine academic offerings. I also conduct research on the relationship of semiconductors in the United States and China, and the policies and impacts of the Onondaga Lake clean-up projects. I am pursuing a master\'s in public administration with a focus on security studies after completing my bachelor\'s in public health and policy studies with a minor in Spanish. I have developed strong video editing skills, which I use to create engaging presentations and reports. I have also demonstrated leadership and communication skills, as a residential advisor for over three years, where I create and execute activities, support students with mental health, and work with a diverse team. I am highly determined, motivated, disciplined, and adaptable, and I seek to contribute to the advancement of security, intelligence, and international affairs.
