I am a Mechanical Engineer with a foundation in design engineering and a passion for driving operational excellence through scalable systems and process improvement. My career has evolved from hands-on engineering into Project Management and, ultimately, leading the creation of a Project Controls function for a 400+ person organization that has since grown to over employees.I’ve had the unique opportunity to build from the ground up—leading the development of toolsets, dashboards, and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making across a rapidly expanding business. My experience spans the transformation of a Women-Owned Small Business into a private equity-backed organization, navigating multiple mergers and acquisitions, and integrating processes across 12 business units (up from 4) while preserving operational clarity and accountability.I bring a systems-thinking mindset, a practical approach to cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of how to balance structure with flexibility in times of change. I thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and take pride in building tools and teams that enable long-term success.
