About Sydney Wiederman

I started my recruiting career at SpaceX as an HR Coordinator, then transitioned into a Recruiting Coordinator and Technical Recruiter in my two and a half years with the company. I then spent more than four years at Snap Inc, where I was a Business Recruiter focused on hiring for teams globally from CA to Dubai, supporting Sales, Content, Events, and Ad Operations. I also co-lead the New York chapter of Snap’s Women’s Employee Resource Group. At Gray Scalable as a Business Recruiting Consultant, I helped growing organizations build their Sales, Professional Services, Training and Operations teams, including specialized roles from Senior Enterprise Sellers to Technical Solutions Consultants and Sales Enablement professionals. In addition to hiring, I acted as an internal member of our clients’ People Team bringing market insights, trainings, and hiring best practices to their organizations.
