Adhere to a shared GTM product calendar, ensuring all the teams timelines are staying on-track - Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and our Factory to develop product from concept through commercialization to achieve both the desired consumer facing aesthetic while maintaining production and sustainability standards as well as an on time delivery - Evaluate components for performance, construction, costing and manufacturing perspective- Actively resolve product development issues through collaboration with all teams in finding cost-effective and timely solutions to prevent financial and lead-time impacts - Work hand-in-hand with our China and SF based teams on getting approvals, scheduling production, managing capacity, and continuously evaluating efficiency and cost against annual budget- Analyze all aspects of product costs to achieve product margin goals and drive strategies and grow the business- Serve as a key stakeholder in reviews for all sample rounds and enhance the production quality and consistency - Initiate and lead meetings with product teams during various development phases to review, evaluate, update and drive the decision making process that leads to on–time production and target margin - Oversee all SKU and product creation, product sampling, purchase order submissions, on-order reporting and inventory reconciliation with our business partners - Proactively resolve production issues that arise and find efficient and cost-effective solutions- Work closely with Supply Chain business partners, ensuring processes are complete to setup product in Centric, SAP, 3PL platform, and internal data logs- Function as the product owner in order to represent key information to downstream stakeholders like Marketing and Digital - Develop, communicate and help clarify ways of working, objectives and outcomes of milestone meetings to cross functional stakeholders.
