   Serve as a trusted advisor by providing consulting services for multiple companies in the following Project Management Areas: Procurement, Cost, Schedule, Risk, Contract, and Continuous Improvement- Generate high-level and detailed cost estimates for various-sized projects in different industries (rail, aviation, energy, water, industrial, commercial buildings, and others). Produce constructability assessments and benchmark analyses to complement cost estimates- Perform gap analyses on cost estimates and risk models reconcile contractor bids and negotiate final costs- Build and execute value engineering programs to assist budget based design contracts- Lead risk management teams on numerous rail projects procured through Progressive Design-Build, DBF, and DB contracts from planning through implementation. Perform both quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses to develop risk-based contingencies for budgeting and prioritize mitigation actions for top risks throughout construction- Develop and implement project management programs utilizing phase-gate processes for risk management, cost estimating, and contract management. Establish standard operating procedures, governance structures, workflows, and dashboards for each program- Develop contract requirements for progressive design-build contracts focused on collaborative cost, schedule, and risk development throughout the development phase.
