ABOUT SYDNEY BRAZILE
I am a third-year JD/MBA student at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics, specializing in intellectual property and transactional law within the entertainment industry. This summer, I gained invaluable experience as an intern in the Business & Legal Affairs department at Sony Music Masterworks in New York City. I am privileged to have extended my relationship with Masterworks as a BLA Clerk for the 2024-25 school year. Previously, I served as a Summer Associate under Darryl Cohen at Cohen, Cooper, Estep, & Allen (CCEA), an Atlanta-based entertainment, criminal defense, and hospitality law firm. Additionally, I interned with Morin Legal\'s Copyright and Music Publishing (CAMP) clinic, advocating for Georgian artists to secure copyright and publishing rights for their work. Prior to law school, I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the School of Public & International Affairs (SPIA) at the University of Georgia. At UNH, I am involved in the Student Bar Association, the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and the Women\'s Law Student Association. Additionally, I work part-time on campus in the Admissions and Career Services Offices.
