As a Surf Instructor, I was responsible for teaching ocean safety and surf techniques to children and teenagers while ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. In this role, I developed strong leadership and communication skills through managing groups, coordinating daily lessons, and maintaining clear and positive interactions with students, parents, and colleagues. I learned to adapt quickly to changing conditions, solve problems under pressure, and deliver high-quality experiences for diverse clients. Additionally, organizing and maintaining equipment taught me the importance of attention to detail and operational efficiency. Above all, the role strengthened my ability to lead with empathy, foster trust, and inspire confidence in others.
