I’m currently a Principal Talent Partner at Runa, where we’re building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of payouts experiences.Since joining Runa as a sourcer when we were a team of 50 people, I’ve been fortunate to grow into my current role and be part of our journey scaling to over 140. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to take ownership and lead initiatives such as Quality of Hire, Candidate NPS, and ATS implementation, as well as drive DEI efforts, an area I have a personal passion for.My role allows me to hire globally across all departments and levels, from entry to C-suite, with a particular focus on product and engineering hiring and the UK and US markets.
