If you were to ask me to summarize my passions in one word, it would be \"connection.\" I love finding new ways for people to connect, tell their stories, and foster growth.Since earning my M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction, I\'ve been fascinated with the intersectionality of technology and human connection. Throughout my seventeen years at Microsoft, I\'ve brought this passion with me to deliver exemplary outcomes, build a customer-centric culture, and champion growth. Now, in my role as the Marketing Leader for the Americas, I use connection to lead a multi-disciplinary team across account-based marketing, industry marketing, customer experience, and analytics - delivering digital innovation to customers and fueling success.My fascination with connection also drives my many other passions. As Director of the Issaquah School Board and Advisory Board Member for After-School All-Stars Puget Sound, I believe education is our best tool for fostering collaboration and innovation for our youth. As a champion for diversity and inclusion, I believe in building bridges and investing in programs that support the hiring, onboarding, and development of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
