Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.• Preparing sellers for the listing of their property and performing due diligence to ensure their home is market ready.• Market research, analysis, and reporting of market conditions and trends to those in my network along with past, current, and prospective clientele. • Advertising current and past listings on social media, my website, through my network, and lastly/ most importantly, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) amongst other connected marketplaces. • Confer with lenders, inspectors, various other third parties, and other real estate professionals in the GTA network to ensure terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.• Interview prospective and current clients to determine suitable properties for their families.• Prepare real estate documents and contracts such as representation agreements, purchase agreements, seller agreements, closing statements, deeds, waivers and leases.• Coordinate real estate closings, overseeing signing of appropriate documents and disbursement of funds in trust accounts.• Act as a negotiation expert between buyers and sellers in, but not limited to, Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington real estate.
