Dedicated and passionate advocate for social justice, boasting a wealth of expertise in legislative policy research, community engagement, and transformative leadership. Throughout my career, I have been deeply engaged in political advocacy and grassroots initiatives, showcasing my ability to spearhead successful campaigns and drive impactful fundraising efforts. During my college tenure, I served in pivotal leadership roles, including Student Body President, Diversity Committee Chair of Student Government, and as the proud President & Founder of our LGBTQIA+ student organization. In these positions, I demonstrated unwavering leadership, effectively representing diverse perspectives and championing inclusivity within the academic community. My commitment to fostering a more equitable society was evident as I led initiatives that addressed pressing issues faced by marginalized communities.As an accomplished researcher, I have undertaken significant projects that delve into critical societal challenges. Notably, I led the Pronoun Project at The Institute for Global Racial Justice, overseeing a statewide survey investigating transgender discrimination. Additionally, my involvement in the Transitional Racial Justice Project at The Bonner Foundation involved conducting interviews and transcribing data to illuminate the impact of racism and gentrification in Camden City.My dedication to social justice is further underscored by my commitment to legislative expertise. With a nuanced understanding of legislative policies, I actively contribute to the pursuit of equitable societal frameworks.
