Collaborating closely with developers, I am engaged in fixing bugs and organising triage calls to streamline the resolution process.Furthermore, I am actively providing extended support in production testing, utilising tools such as Splunk and Azure. This commitment ensures the continued stability and performance of the software in real-world scenarios.
