We help individuals move beyond the chatter of the mind and reconnect with the grounded wisdom of the body through modalities such as Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).As founder and clinical director, I- Set the clinical vision and oversee practice growth and operations- Provide supervision and mentorship for a team of clinicians- Ensure our practice culture reflects warmth, embodiment, collaboration, and relational depth- Guide clients toward meaningful, transformative healing in both Brooklyn and Manhattan offices, as well as through virtual care across New York State.
