ABOUT SYAMSUL HUDA
The founder as well as the managing Partner of Dewan Syam & Partners (DSP) is the of Faculty of Law, the University of Trisakti, Jakarta, and having completed the Master Degree in Islamic Economic & Finance (IEF) at the same University, the University of Trisakti, Jakarta holding a Master of Economic (ME). At this time, I am licenced as a PERADI Advocate and MEDIATOR of Special Sharia Economic Disputes at Central Jakarta Law Court, and certification of Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). I have work experiences as the Litigation Management Officer at PT.Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk and as the Area Recovery Asset Management Jatim-BNT at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk (ADIRA). In iddition, I worked as an advocate at the Law Firm of MARGONO-SURYA & PARTNERS (MSP) in Jakarta and Law Firm of TJUK & PARTNERS in Surabaya. Therefore, I am used to facing difficulty and complex problems of financial institutions of banks and non-banks and either litigation and non-litigation cases can be solved effectively and efficiently. I am a student activits and having held some posititions like head of UKM (Students\' Activity Unit) of Perisai Diri Trisakti, Treasurer of National Council of Scout of National Quarter (Kwartir Nasional), Head of Human Resources Division of Islamic Youths of Sunda Kelapa, in Addition, he was elected the Youngest Member of Indonesian Hajj Congregational Advocate Team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
