Unicorn Industries Pvt Ltd – A Member of the Krones Group, Hyderabad — Sr. Executive C&A January 2017 – PRESENT On Site: Execution of Complete Project → Installation & commissioning and Process engineering, of equipment required for Beverage (Juice & CSD) preparation. It mainly includes Pulp/concentrate unit, Blending section, pasteurization/sterilization section, Sugar dissolving system and CIP system. All the Mechanical & Electrical works related to the project are done as per the P & ID and layout proposed. → Managing the project team, Sub-Contractors in Installation of equipment and strive for completion of project in stipulated time. → Discussions and decision making with clients for smooth project execution unaffecting the plant’s production. → Hazards identification and risk Assessment as per the site conditions. → Providing better solutions to client in case of upgradation of existing system. → All Instruments, Danfoss drive’s and Sensors termination and parameters setup with safety procedures. → Successfully completed SBC-Nigeria project as a site manager with local sub contract team. → Commissioned the Big tree beverage- Zambia plant in processing. At Corporate: Do necessary calculation for equipment/material selection. Assist in preparing P & ID, layout and PLC & MCC Electrical drawings of the required project. Prepare BOQ of Electrical, Mechanical and equipment operational manuals according to the system provided.(Pipes and fittings for process area, electrical cables, and other requirements). As per drawings all PLC, MCC and RCP panels wiring testing and improvement for upgradation. Send enquiries for equipment/material to be selected and procured.
