ABOUT SY TOUTOUNCHIAN

As a visionary senior-level banking executive, I bring over 25 years of experience in leading high-performing teams to success across multiple areas, including large-scale change management, strategy, operations, HR, loss mitigation, sales, and client experience. My career has spanned both the East and West Coasts, giving me a deep understanding of preferred, retail, and business banking households.In my current role on our national team as Business Strategy and Initiatives Manager within Financial Center Channel Development and Strategy, I lead key initiatives and major Operational Excellence (OpEx) projects designed to modernize and optimize the financial center, client, and employee experience. My focus is on strategic transformation and efficiency, ensuring that our financial centers operate at the highest level while delivering an enhanced client and employee journey.With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, I am deeply involved in volunteering and leading initiatives that drive meaningful change. Since 2023, I have had the honor of serving as Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Southern California Chapter, which covers Orange County, Riverside County, and San Diego County. In this role, I work to foster an inclusive environment, advocate for employee well-being, and amplify diverse voices within our organization.I thrive at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and leadership, continuously seeking opportunities to streamline operations, elevate the client experience, and empower employees.
