I earned B.S.(1993) and M.S.E.E.(1995) degrees in electrical engineering from Utah State University and graduated Cum Laude with an emphasis in microwave and analog circuit design, optics, and control systems. I have served in senior technical positions at firms including 3Com (Hewlett Packard), Micro Linear (Analog Devices), and L3Harris. I have broad technical and leadership experience, including co-founding two wireless companies where I was the technical lead responsible for technology invention and technical due diligence with over $15 million raised in Series A and B funding. I hold 30+ issued and published US and foreign patents in the fields of miniaturized radio technology, antenna design, signal processing, and wireless systems with additional patents applied for.
