Responsible for end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors & Paycor integration process including requirement analysis, integration solution design, testing, deployment, ect.• Documenting the integration technical specifications to support applications, developing test plan and perform unit testing. • Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting supporting of software integrations.• Report on P&C analytics including turnover, bonuses, hiring trends, AAP, headcount, compensation, data accuracy, ect. • Follow defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required governance standards. • Identify nature of raised incidents to determine solution path, e.g. software issues, user error, process issues, required system change and/or addition of software features• Manage projects for platform enhancement and addition of software features, including but not limited to HR document management, Reporting transformation, automation, enablement of interfaces to other applications and infrastructure (e.g. Azure AD).• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Regional People Mangers, and Business Partners to drive efficiency, improve systems, reporting, auditing, learning, workflows, etc. include design, configurations, implementations, process flow, collection, maintenance, and communication.
