I retired early after a 20+-year career in compensation information, analytics, technology and consulting. I have experience designing and implementing domestic and global pay plans for companies of all sizes across most industries. I have a computer science degree and I\'m really good at data management and analysis. I approach every analysis as the answer to a question about a business problem, issue or objective, and can customize the presentation to any audience level, from other analysts to senior executives. I\'m capable of doing higher-level consulting work, but really enjoy and excel at data and analytics and want to maintain my focus there.I\'m looking for a 100% remote senior analyst role, but travel is not a problem. Yes, I\'m older than your average senior analyst, but I have a ton of experience and the maturity to work remotely, meet critical deadlines and maintain constant communication.
