Build it, fix it, document it, fix it properly, rinse, repeat.Work with Systems Engineers globally on strategic projects including but not limited to:* Managing the integration of technologies from, and for, new business units to ensure alignment with company infrastructure and goals.* Investigation of technologies to replace and supplement existing software and hardware infrastructure; allowing the company to adapt to the rapidly changing environments expected by developers and shifts in the market.* Building trust with the key stakeholders in the company demonstrating the team can accomplish whatever needs to be done in any circumstances. Communication and honesty at every level.Jack-of-all-trades requirements calling for wide knowledge such as:* Technical building/office infrastructure* Information Security: Both strategic and direct interaction with the technology* Cooling and datacenter infrastructure* Cross-platform change management both from a technical and staff perspective* Deep multi-platform knowledge* Roll-our-own infrastructure in almost every arena: remote-working, storage, compute, VDI, the list goes on.* Scaling. From nothing to tens of thousands of machines and staff. Everything breaks when scaled if you don\'t do it right.* Cloud services* Fixing the coffee machine
