Act as a key HR Business Partner to the members of Leadership Team aligned to Corporate Functions- Define the people agenda for the BUs in partnership with the Leadership Team of those organisations- Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR actvities and processes- Drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business- Lead Employee engagament and communication management- Acts as key advisor to Business managers and advice their queries and grievances- Facilitate creation and development of culture and climate to meet business and employee needs - Be the culture custodian- Work with the other teams to ensure manpower requirements are met; Oversee new employee/ leader induction- Manage end-to-end 3P employees in the organisation- Ensure timely metrics reporting of the BU from an HR standpoint
