   At Ektar, I own the product roadmap for a B2B2C financial products marketplace that connects banks, merchants, and end-users. My focus is on building seamless customer journeys, conversion optimization, tracking KPIs, compliance-led releases, and improving user experience. I led the end-to-end technical delivery and digital onboarding of new product lines (credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, mortgage)I also manage the product delivery of a regulatory-grade in-app transaction authentication capability required by the UAE central bank, ensuring business continuity and platform compliance.To accelerate execution, I restructured delivery to bi-weekly increments, cutting release cycles from 3 months and enabling faster learning loops. This played a key role in increasing MAUs by 30%, driven by UX experiments such as catalogue redesigns and a recommendation engine deployed within 2 weeks.I also operate as a Scrum Master, scaling delivery rituals, promoting ownership within the engineering team, and fostering a data-informed decision culture.
