Project – Product deployment mobile application used by internal Staff | Saas Platform • Designed a mobile application used by internal technicians of the company to deploy the product at customer locations such as restaurants and pharmacy stores. • Conducted user interviews and researched user pain points and needs through data collected in user interviews. • Using the UX design process, I took on a broad abstract idea and conceptualized Wireframes. Project – Customer web portal used by restaurant operations teams. • Designed customer web portal screens used by the restaurant operations team to remotely monitor equipment operations. • Worked under the guidance of a designer lead to convert product requirements into web interface screens.
