Collaborate with Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) program and section leaders to conceive, develop and implement novel strategies for the Morgan Welch IBC Program, and Section of Translational Breast Cancer Research (TBCR). Prepare and monitor annual program budget ($2M), research (~$2.5M) and grant operations, involving oversight of budget requests, accounting, industry-research expenses, analysis, reconciliation, and other fiscal duties.** Operational Management: Oversee program, clinical and basic research operations including staffing, personnel issues, resources, lab safety, purchasing, data quality, study integrity and regulatory compliance.
