He has a total of 27 years of Industry experience, which includes 10 plus years in managing of ERP Projects, primarily SAP (Offshore support, Implementation and Upgrade). At Capgemini India Swetaketu manages AM engagements in SAP and Oracle Apps from offshore since Nov 2006. He has delivered efficiencies in AM engagements effectively in \"Fixed Price\" as well as on \"Time and Materials\" based pricing models in terms of incident/ service request reduction, team size reduction and generation of Service Improvement Plans which enhances either Business efficiency or in reduction of repetitive incidents/ service requests. He has created excellent delivery teams from scratch to deliver both in dedicated as well as shared pool model in the space of packaged applications (SAP and Oracle Apps). He has a vast experience in implementing the processes in Application Management space from scratch. He has a passion for creation of lean teams which deliver result both in SAP and Oracle Apps space. He has worked with AM Solutioning team for solution of small and medium winning AM deals in Capgemini. Swetaketu\'s IT career starts from 1995. Since 1995 till 2005 he was involved in various roles as a part of IT Organization in Product Companies dealing with Automotive Ancillary or Electrical equipment. He has good domain expertise in manufacturing organization. Swetaketu has managed ERP BUILD and RUN teams for SAP and Ramco e. Applications between 1998 and 2005. Swetaketu has made clients more self sufficient through appropriate trainings and hence left shifting the issue resolution or by automation or mistake-proofing of the processes.
