I am working as Healthcare Recruiter at Mavenir from Nov 2020 to till now.I am Business professional adaptable to growing business model and achieve a good position in US Healthcare recruitment industry.I am able to provide as an individual player as well lead with full focus on total project scope, revenue generation, improvement, and client relationship development.Skills - • Handle End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle (screening, sourcing resumes, interviewing technical queries, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.• Actively involved in screening resumes from job portals like CareerBuilder, Monster, Job diva as well as through candidates referral and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.• Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail, and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability, and visa status.• Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.• Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.• Submitting resumes on VMS on our own.• Salary negotiation with candidates.• Extensively working on negotiating of rates on W2.• Arranging client interviews and completing required paperwork if candidate gets selected for the position.• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the management.• Pre-interview preparation and post- interview follow-up.• Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.• Worked with Accounts Manager/Team lead on all staffing related issues, such as recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates.• Discuss the \"core\" of the job description and deliver good candidates in a timely fashion.• Gathering and maintaining placement statistics for client and internal reports and benchmarking purposes
