A perceptive, results-oriented individual with proven success of over 12 years of cross experience in HRO, US Payroll, Human Resource Transactions, Process Transition, Team management, Process management, Quality management & Customer service.My latest experice is with WNS Global services as a Group Manager HR managing Global payroll. I managed a team of 5 with 3 direct reportees ( 2 Deputy managers and one Assistant Manager). My role was to manage Overseas payroll input. I have delivered various HR projects wherein, Inhouse Phillippines Payroll project as well as Centralising UK payroll were few of my significant key projects.I have also worked with ADP as a Payroll Team Leader (effective November 19th 2012 to September 03rd 2013). Having strong experience in payroll end to end transition, handing multiple clients. Experienced in handling US weekly and biweekly payrolls.I have also worked with Accenture as a Payroll Team Leader. Experienced in handling Monthly, Semi Monthly and Biweekly payrolls. Team Handling, Process transition, Rewards and Recognition, Scorecard, Monthly Reporting. Worked on several practices of operational excellence including - FMEA, Control Charts, Cause & Effect matrix, Escalation matrix, Control Plans, SIPOC, HLPM, 3x3 matrix, RACI, Data collection, Cross training Matrix, Continues improvement for the process.Successfully transitioned 2 Payroll processes (Accenture) and 1 end to end Payroll transition (ADP) including system transition and process transition.
