I am a highly skilled Process Engineer with extensive experience leading medium to large-scale manufacturing projects and driving process optimization in the battery and semiconductor industries. My expertise spans in critical areas such as laser punching, calendaring, defect analysis, and yield enhancement. I have successfully led processes individually in major 4 major campaigns at QS like A0 punching and laser ablation, Alpha-1 punching and Alpha-2 calendaring, NUE laser punching(FOAK) improving process control and resolving complex technical issues in cathode manufacturing.I specialize in optimizing production processes, having developed pioneering solutions for NUE cathode mass production and spearheading defect reduction initiatives that significantly improved product quality and yield. My hands-on approach in tool qualification, advanced measurement systems, and process improvement has consistently driven operational efficiency and scalability.In addition to my technical leadership, I am passionate about mentoring and training teams, fostering seamless knowledge transfer across all levels.
