About Sweikcha N.
Innovations are important.\" This has to be the soul of my very existence.Currently passionate about all things technology, especially the Industry 4.0 practices, I\'m trying to make a change to the world of operations. But more than anything else, I\'m a problem solver, with a knack for connecting seemingly unrelated aspects of the world around to find a feasible solution and/or explanation to problems. Hence justifying my purpose behind pursuing a PGDM in the field of Operations and Marketing from the International Management Institute, Kolkata.Bring my knowledge and skills of technology, especially IoT and Automation to the mix, and you have technologically enabled solutions. Being an Electronics and Communication Engineer (ECE) only added up to my love for electronics, automation and AI in general. It was a delight to be the Second Runner\'s Up in Electronics Innovation 5.0, an national level engineering model making competition organised by my UG institute, Asansol Engineering College. This also lead to my selection as a council member of the Student Innovation Center of my institute.Additionally, my creativity is fuelled by a love for all things art, be it painting, dancing or writing. Having the accolade of Shilpa Ratna, awarded by the Sarbabharatiya Sangeet-o-Sanskriti Parishad, being trained in classical dancing for 3 years and starting my writing journey at the age of 6 have all added up to the person I am today. Having freelanced for about 2 years now as a content writer made me take my love for writing to the masses.Being a part of the Human Rights Mission also helped me connect to the common people and understand the everyday problems they face.Now, I\'m just another cliched engineer-pursuing-MBA who\'s trying to contribute a helping hand towards the betterment of the common man life.
