Catherine is a strategic program manager with 15+ years of experience. Currently, Catherine manages strategic cross-functional initiatives within Intuit\'s Analytics, AI, and Data (A2D) Organization with a focus on data within the expert and customer success spaces. Catherine\'s role changes within the company allow her to drive work seamlessly across the organization and understand and execute on the E2E corporate strategy.Previously at Intuit, Catherine worked in the HR Organization \"People and Places\" and drove the \"Connecting People to Experts\" Program for People and Places, which is one of Intuit\'s 5 \"Big Bets\" as well as managing the HR Technology & Analytics Portfolio. Catherine led a team of PMOs to support these portfolios. Additionally, during her Intuit tenure, Catherine worked in the IT infrastructure space, driving action on programs with stakeholders across the organization\'s business units. A key focus was AWS cloud migration programs as Intuit moved from hosted data centers to the cloud. Catherine spent 5 years serving government clients and leading firm initiatives while she was a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations within Deloitte\'s Federal Government Practice. Areas of expertise included program and acquisition management and management of technology projects. Catherine has previous experience in oceanography and the natural sciences, watershed management, energy, and efficiency improvements. She has strong research and scientific background and is experienced in quantitative analysis. Catherine holds Secret Level Clearance. In addition to an MBA and MS in Public Policy, Catherine has completed FAC P/PM coursework (Master’s Certificate in Federal Acquisition Management)- equivalent to DAWIA Level Catherine also holds a PMP certification, ITIL Foundations V3 certification, a certified scrum master (CSM) certificate, a robust Smarsheets skillset, and has a working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and module customization.
