Analyzing TV viewing data and in the event of finding any anomalies, an investigation would be opened, and the genuineness of the data questioned until a solid conclusion. As the Quality Control (QC) lead for the Wales, West, and Southwest regions, I am dedicated to ensuring optimal performance and adherence to target Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Working in a high-pressure environment to ensure all data is quality checked and sent to the client before the early morning cut-off. Day-to-day maintenance of a viewing panel, ensuring that panel size is kept within target ranges and taking any necessary steps to maintain that standard.Conducted data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and their root causes, solve them if possible or pass it onto technician for a visit for improvement in data accuracy.Data sign off, checking the quality of the viewing data in its entirety and signing off to release or hold back from clients/ BARB.Collaborate between cross-functional teams to fix data quality issues, such as missing or incorrect data and run operational processes.Monitored and audited data quality metrics and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Presented findings on data quality issues to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
