She is recognised for visionary leadership, strategic abilities and execution excellence.An All-India Rank holder Chartered Accountant, Swayta has worked across Investment Banking Advisory, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Audit, Wealth Management, and Retail Banking with leading global organisations including HSBC, Goldman Sachs, PwC, and ICICI. Swayta currently heads the Corporate & Institutional Banking Capability Centres leading diverse teams across Investment Banking, Coverage, Infrastructure Finance, Sustainability, Credit & Capital Management, COO, Business Information and Design & Presentation functions. Her leadership spans Bangalore, Guangzhou, Manila and Egypt.Previously, she served as Co-Head of Investment Banking and Sector Lead – Financial Institutions, where she led large, high-performing teams and executed complex cross-border M&A transactions, strategic disposals, and balance-sheet mandates for Financial Institutions and General Industrials globally. She has also led strategic initiatives enabling market entry, business build-out, and expansion into new products and geographies.A strong proponent of continuous learning, Swayta has completed the Asia and India Board Directorship Certification strengthening her governance, risk, fiduciary oversight, and enterprise-level decision-making capabilities.Swayta’s leadership journey was featured by HSBC’s Global Production House across international platforms.
