Amazon Pharmacy - PurchaseExperience division - Acting as Tech Lead for AP auto ordering System- Rearchitected the current Auto Orders systems to improve cost, Reduce failures, Improve OE by adding processes and automation in ordering workflows. Lead a dev team for this work- Lead architecture for Pharmacy Auto Ordering platform. Worked with leadership and product to scope the project. Architected the platform, aligned multiple teams on the key strategic tech decisions, Lead multiple teams in my org to complete the designs. Created phased launch plan and played hands on role in launching the platform. Reviewed and signed off the migration plan for legacy system migration to the new platform- Leading multiple teams for a cost improving project by consolidating orders and shipment for Amazon pharmacy. Mentored the tech lead on the approaches and signed off on the architecture and HLDs. Drove alignments across multiple teams on key tech decisions. Worked with Product and Leadership on scoping and success metrics. Amazon Pharmacy - Discovery division- Lead the Pharmacy DP project to provide personalized Detail page with HIPAA compliant architecture.
