I am delighted to share that I have successfully completed 7 to 8 months as a Soft Skills Trainer and Induction Trainer at the ITM University (Dept- Hospitality and Research CentreOver this journey, I have had the privilege to: Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students and professionals. Lead induction programs to help new members adapt seamlessly to the culture and expectations of the department. Enhance my own knowledge and expertise in the field of hospitality, communication, and professional development. Contribute to shaping confident individuals ready to excel in their academic and professional paths.This experience has not only strengthened my training and facilitation skills but also given me immense satisfaction in contributing to personal and professional growth of others.Grateful to my mentors, colleagues, and ITM University for their guidance and support throughout this journey.
