Part of the R&D team, driving 0→1 B2C product initiatives and scaling early-stage concepts across consumer and internal platforms. Leading the 1→100 scale-up of a travel-tech product by revamping the entire existing app experience; redefined the product vision, authored the vision document and roadmap, and currently driving execution of core assets including curated experiences and AI-powered itinerary customization. Rebuilding the app’s location discovery page from scratch to improve content discoverability, personalization, and user engagement; collaborating closely with design, engineering, and growth teams for phased rollout. Spearheading development of an internal data intelligence platform to centralize and distribute insights from YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels to sister business units; defining product requirements, evaluating API integrations (YouTube Data APIs, Meta/Instagram Graph APIs), and identifying build-vs-buy opportunities to reduce external analytics costs. Managing end-to-end sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution across multiple concurrent R&D projects; ensuring structured delivery despite evolving product scope.
