Managing ICCA project involving 100+ resources at a budget of $20M annuallyResponsible for end-to-end management of ICCA Assets programs under HCT. Manage monthly releases leveraging multiple squads across different locations. Ensure all agile ceremonies are followed- Daily stand-ups, release planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective. Multi-task to plan resources across programs, resource planning and balance dynamic business requirements to keep operations running efficiently and work with squad leads to resolve people issues and project roadblocks. Assist Product Owners in doing root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices and maximize productivity. Work with program leads and sponsors in planning budget, tracking project expenses, cost recoveries, headcount tracking and sharing status with management on monthly basis. The metrics is a complex compilation of data from multiple IBM sources on Metabase platform which I am responsible for generating every month.
