About Swati Sandhya

Since childhood, I have always aspired to be the best inspiring Leader I could be for the world—the one whom future leaders can admire and find their story in mine. I still remember that competing for recognition, holding responsibilities, and taking charge were my attributes in my school days. Parallelly, being the elder child in the family automatically asked me to be responsible and think about everyone in the family. Be it candy or an expensive toy, I got trained to think about the consequences first and then demand or share my opinions. The funny thing is, it\'s the opposite in a real-world scenario. I realized that I need to be proud of my Imperfect Decisions because people will undoubtedly hold different perspectives no matter what. Surprisingly, this turned out to be the best lesson I\'ll share if I ever get to write a book;)Currently, I am an undergraduate student at BMSIT, India pursuing my CSE Major. For the gist, I am an artist and love to find art in everything, I love reading books, and psychology has always fascinated me a lot. The hustling expertise of my college years has been splendid. Ups and downs, failures, and recognition were the glorious moments I can ever recall. I have always been a people person, and that\'s why very much involved in communities. I joined different clubs like and the Microsoft Student Community and received international recognition. I won\'t say such stories always have a growing graph; they might have bigger breakpoints too. But making imperfect decisions and handling such breakpoints is something that reflects my story. Entering my 20s is fun and exciting, but at the same time, it\'s scary. I was holding myself back to the place where I was comfortable. But I am proud that these changes are forming my new opinions and perspectives with every new challenge. I never did and will never define myself with a job, place, or hobby. I am Swati Sandhya, and so much more than that! I take pride in telling these experiences. The best part for me has always been connecting with new people around the globe. Getting to know the diversity from different corners and sharing ideas is something that lightens me up. Every person in my life has taught me something special; my favourite is to be happy with my work. The level of imperfection in my work makes me realize that I am adding a layer of creativity over old conventional methods. I am satisfied that no matter how hard the situation gets, I have something to learn and grow. And this growth would never stop, would never fade.
