How institutions mobilise resources, redesign systems, build internal capability, and create the foundations that allow digital and AI agendas to translate into real impact on the ground.At UNDP, I hold responsibility for the strategic resources and internal enablement frameworks that support the organisation\'s digital and AI agenda across 170 countries. The work is complex and politically layered, and what I find most meaningful is helping large institutions move with more intention and less friction toward the change they already know they need.I am drawn to hard problems in service of something larger, and to the people who show up to work on them seriously.
