Human Resource Professional I am a skilled Human Resources Professional with a master’s in business administration, specializing in Human Resource Management with over 10 years of experience. My Human Resource experience has been in the following areas: finance, Information technology, accounts, legal, engineering and construction. My expertise lies in providing full range of Human Resource Services, which includes full cycle recruitment, selection and retention of employees; employee relations; development and implementation of performance management; conflict management and labour relation issues; interpretation of collective bargaining agreements (CBA); implementation of human resource policies and programs; human resource project management; dashboard & HR reports and succession planning. I am a self-starter, quick learner and value team work. I am also energetic, motivated, adaptable, client focused, good negotiator, analytical, problem-solver, result-oriented, honest and hard-working individual. I thrive in a fast-paced environment.
