With over two decades of experience, I am a passionate and results-driven leader in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee volunteering.Currently, I serve as Senior General Manager l, CSR, at the Mahindra Group, where I lead the Group’s flagship Girl Child Education Programme, along with overseeing the grant management process for multiple CSR initiatives.In addition, I head the Group’s volunteering vertical, driving engagement across companies and overseeing an end-to-end process for recognizing outstanding CSR initiatives within the Mahindra ecosystem. I also lead a CSR assessment process under the Group’s Business Excellence framework and collaborate with the communications team to strengthen awareness and visibility of CSR initiatives.My career has enabled me to build expertise in CSR strategy, stakeholder engagement, donor intelligence, and social impact measurement.
