During my internship at Britannia Industries Ltd, I gained valuable hands-on experience contributing to Learning & Development operations and providing HR technology support. My responsibilities included practical administration of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), where I managed the creation of LMS items and curricula, and maintained accurate learning records for various programs. I provided essential HRIS support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues, and accurately updating completion histories within the LMS, contributing to improved system functionality and data reliability.I also supported data-driven L&D insights by generating completion and non-completion reports, assisting in the analysis provided to business units to inform training effectiveness. In training coordination and event logistics, I helped organize and facilitate various training events, masterclasses, and virtual sessions, ensuring smooth logistical execution. Furthermore, I am contributing to process improvements by developing a video communication structure that helps reduce HR onboarding FAQs, demonstrating a proactive approach to operational challenges. My work also involved supporting early talent engagement and internal communications, as well as contributing to the design and execution of various engagement programs.
