About Me:As a Programs Manager, I oversee the planning, development, and execution of the Missouri Organic Association’s research, technical assistance, and outreach programs to support regenerative and organic agriculture.My Key Responsibilities include:Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with MOA’s goals, including workshops, webinars, field days, conferences, and other educational and outreach activities.Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, tracking milestones, and maintaining high standards for outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (universities, agencies, farmers, sub-awardees, and nonprofits) to develop and execute programs.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to assess their needs, solicit feedback on programs, and ensure programs provide a high level of value.Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, sponsors, and stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of programs.Grant Writing & Management: Research, apply for, and manage grants that support program initiatives. Ensure effective monitoring procedures are followed to maintain compliance with all grant requirements. Maintain communications with stakeholders for each grant and prepare and submit all necessary reports in a timely fashion.Data Management: Maintain records of program participation, deliverables, outcomes, and feedback, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve programs.Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing program budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and within organizational guidelines.Outreach & Education: Collaborate with the communications team to develop educational resources, webinars, and field days.Supervision: Supervise staff members within the Programs team across multiple grant projects.
