Conduct detailed requirement analysis, formulate high-level scenarios, and design comprehensive test cases for each release cycle. Identified and raised multiple critical and showstopper defects affecting core application performance and user experience. Leading a team of 3 QA members—delivered complete knowledge transition (KT), guided them through the application functionality, and continue to mentor them through ongoing testing activities. Currently handling and validating change requests and artefacts related to ENIT, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality benchmarks.
